About Arrivd

Arrivd is an iPhone app that automatically tracks all your packages in one place by connecting to your Gmail account and finding every shipping confirmation email. You never have to enter a tracking number manually. Connect once, and Arrivd handles everything from there.
Most tracking apps require you to manually copy and paste tracking numbers for each package. Arrivd reads your Gmail automatically to find order and shipping emails. Unlike free shopping-first trackers, Arrivd is built around a paid subscription model: no ads, no shopping feed, and no selling your order data. It works for every retailer, every carrier, and every order you've placed, without any manual setup per shipment.
Arrivd is built for regular online shoppers who manage multiple orders across multiple retailers at any given time. If you're juggling 10 or more packages a month and spending real time checking retailer sites, carrier apps, or your inbox for updates, Arrivd was built for you.

Privacy & Gmail Access

Yes. Arrivd uses Gmail OAuth 2.0, the same secure authorization used by apps like Notion, Calendly, and Google Calendar. The connection is strictly read-only: Arrivd can see your emails but cannot send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
No. Arrivd reads your emails to extract tracking information, but does not store your email content on its servers. Your emails stay in Gmail. Only the tracking data (the package details, carrier, and status) is saved in the app on your device.
Arrivd requests read-only access to your Gmail account. This is the minimum permission required to scan for shipping confirmation emails. Arrivd cannot and does not access your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.

Tracking & Carriers

Arrivd supports 1,100+ carriers worldwide, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, LaserShip, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and all major international carriers. If a retailer shipped it and sent you a confirmation email, Arrivd can track it.
Arrivd works with any retailer that sends order confirmation emails to your Gmail, not just major platforms. Small brands, independent shops, international sellers, and Etsy vendors are all covered as long as their confirmation emails follow standard shipping email formats, which the vast majority do.
Arrivd updates tracking status in real time as carrier data changes. When your package moves, the status in Arrivd reflects it. You don't need to refresh manually. The app polls for updates automatically.

Pricing & Trial

Founders who pre-register now get immediate beta access and lock in $39/year, for as long as their subscription stays continuously active. That's $39 their first year, $39 their fifth year, as long as they don't lapse. The public price starting July 17 (App Store launch) is $59.99/year. When the app launches on July 17, your 14-day free trial begins automatically. Your card won't be charged until July 31. Cancel by July 30 and you owe nothing.
