Why I built Arrivd.

I built Arrivd for my granddaughter, A., the apple of her Bubbie's eye. It started when my husband challenged me to track a month of my non-essential online spending, and the total was a real eye-opener. Between long hours in tech, porch pirates, and digging through my inbox for receipts, tracking numbers, and return windows, I borrowed an approach from a past project: separate the signal from the noise. Pip, our Arrivd Angel, is based on my granddaughter: she tracks so you don't have to, watching over your purchases until they arrive safely and never, ever selling your data.

About Arrivd

Arrivd is an app for iOS and Android that automatically tracks your upcoming and recent orders in one place by connecting to your Gmail account and finding incoming shipping confirmation emails. You never have to enter a tracking number manually. Connect once, and Arrivd keeps up with what's on the way.
Most tracking apps require you to manually copy and paste tracking numbers for each package. Arrivd reads your Gmail automatically to find order and shipping emails. Unlike free shopping-first trackers, Arrivd is built around a paid subscription model: no ads, no shopping feed, and no selling your order data. It works with any retailer that emails you a confirmation, across major carriers, for all your upcoming and recent orders, without any manual setup per shipment.
Arrivd is built for regular online shoppers who manage multiple orders across multiple retailers at any given time. If you're juggling 10 or more packages a month and spending real time checking retailer sites, carrier apps, or your inbox for updates, Arrivd was built for you.

Privacy & Gmail Access

Yes. Arrivd uses Gmail OAuth 2.0, the same secure authorization used by apps like Notion, Calendly, and Google Calendar. The connection is strictly read-only: Arrivd can see your emails but cannot send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
No. Arrivd reads your emails to extract tracking information, but does not store your email content on its servers. Your emails stay in Gmail. Only the tracking data (the package details, carrier, and status) is saved in the app on your device.
Arrivd requests read-only access to your Gmail account. This is the minimum permission required to scan for shipping confirmation emails. Arrivd cannot and does not access your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.

Tracking & Carriers

Arrivd tracks across 1,100+ carriers worldwide through our tracking partner, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, LaserShip, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and other major international carriers. If a retailer shipped it and sent you a confirmation email, Arrivd can track it.
Arrivd works with any retailer that sends order confirmation emails to your Gmail, not just major platforms. Small brands, independent shops, international sellers, and Etsy vendors are all covered as long as their confirmation emails follow standard shipping email formats, which the vast majority do.
Arrivd automatically checks for order updates in the background and sends a push notification when a new order or status change is detected. You don't need to refresh manually — the app handles updates in the background.

Pricing & Trial

Arrivd is $13.99 per month or $119.99 per year. The annual plan works out to $10.00 per month, which saves you more than three months compared to paying monthly. Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
